Trustees - do you want to talk?
Most people volunteering as a Trustee want to make a difference, would like to see a tangible output from their efforts and want to enjoy their time working with an organisation.
So how is that going for you?
Are you feeling like the best is being asked of you?
Are you in an unfulfilling relationship with your charity?
Do you feel like your charity only loves you for your money?
Do you think your time with your organisation could be a little more fulfilling?
In addition to these questions, our conversation will provide an opportunity to network with other Trustees , and if there's a glimmer of a spark, explore potential collaborations.
