Want some virtual coworking, but not a community membership?

Try PAYG virtual coworking: 3 hours of facilitated, distraction-free (no chat) time & space to get your stuff done

Tuesdays 9am-12noon with an optional meet up 'til 1pm                £15 per session

DO to BE is a community of purpose inspired individuals who are working on projects that will make a tangible, sustainable difference for the people they care deeply about.

DO to BE is about taking considered, purposeful action on your current project, so that you can make your difference with greater confidence.

Every Tuesday morning, we clear our calendars and gather for virtual co working: three hours of dedicated time with proper breaks, no chat, no verbal sharing, no distractions. This a regular, clear head space for you to just do your thing.

You select your objective, you do your work, and then we all share our achievements so that together we celebrate and feel the progress. At noon we network, ask questions, share insights, and chat for up to an hour.

Michelle Thomas, of The Happy Business Club says:

"One of the biggest things I get is a sense of satisfaction that I spent a solid three hours doing the stuff that takes me longer than that to get my head straight and into gear. You’re sitting at home on your own and you have to do aaaall the things, but here we’re all doing it together, which makes it feel more productive. And it is done so well."

How do we get your productivity skills sharpened up so that your work gets done in a way that is satisfying and fulfilling? It all about creating the right conditions with:

  • accurate work planning
  • reflecting on the actions you take
  • celebrating progress
  • looking after your personal vitality
  • good company

The DO to BE community is an ease-y space for your development; a supportive place where it is safe to experiment with being bolder about converting your dreams & aspirations into action.

Alison draws on her background in development management and community development to support you in regular sessions, events and training - this is more than just virtual co working.

Prioritised time to get your work done, well, sustainably with vitality

Sometimes you hear people saying things like ‘fake it til you make it’. This is inherently inauthentic, but the aligned, congruent version is similar: 'start to do, in order to be'

How it works

Using the framework devised by Alison Randle MSc, you will be encouraged to prioritise yourself, and your needs to  increase your vitality so that you can work well because this is the route to creating greater ripples for the people, places or species that inspire us to do what we do.

The bigger focus is that you do the work that will make the difference. By working to your purpose, prioritising your needs in the process, and building your capacity and connection, there will be magic in whatever you do. And you will be doing it confidently, in an encouraging network of purpose inspired people like you.

This is what a "DO to BE" member says:

I originally joined the Do to Be community to join in the weekly co-working sessions, but I’ve since found that Do to Be is so much more than just co-working! I save my ‘I really don’t want to do this’ jobs for Tuesday mornings, knowing that being in a group who will hold me accountable for the work will push me to get on with it.

The sessions fly by, and I get so much done.

Alison’s weekly motivational emails, posts on the community forum and seeing the other members of the group flourishing all equally inspire me.

Alison has a real understanding of how to encourage, how to celebrate wins, and how to view the ‘doing’ as leading to the ‘being’ what/where you need to be.

Our monthly co-decluttering sessions have had me clearing out emails, files and folders, sorting and filing paperwork, and even clearing and cleaning my office which is a job I never thought I’d get round to.

I’m looking forward to seeing the community grow, meet online and in person at the retreats, network and make some great connections!

Rachel Harmsworth, The Write Now Collective

Alison says:

"I am so grateful for the people who join DO to BE and they way they contribute to Life around them. These are interesting people - they love learning, have plenty of interests, take an interest in other people, and are usually the ones that are quick to support and encourage everyone else."
